Bakery Bakehouse
Raised in Switzerland and trained in the art of baking from the age of 15, Chef Grégoire has worked in some of the world's most celebrated hotels and restaurants. With an aspiration to redefine and elevate Hong Kong's bakery landscape, he started a wholesale bakery specialising in handcrafted sourdough and fine pastries in 2013. Five years later, in 2018, he opened his first neighbourhood shop in Wanchai, bringing artisanal bread directly to the community.
Inspired by artisanal neighbourhood bakeries in Europe, Bakehouse is built on a passion for craftsmanship and a sense of community. The bakery serves fresh sourdough, fine pastries, and friendly smiles, aiming to brighten every part of the day. As Chef Grégoire often says, the Bakehouse experience is "50% about our quality baked goods and 50% about our passionate team." From the skilled hands that knead the dough to the heartwarming smiles that serve customers, every part of the experience is infused with warmth and genuine connection.
The bakery now has multiple locations across Hong Kong, including Wanchai, Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Causeway Bay.
