Cafe Fineprint
Fineprint has become one of Hong Kong’s most beloved cafe chains, known for its exceptional sourdough toasties, specialty coffee, and laid-back industrial-chic vibe. Founded by Australian award-winning barista Scottie Callaghan, the brand opened its first location on Peel Street in Soho, Central, nine years ago. Today, it has expanded to 11 locations across Hong Kong, including Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Happy Valley, Sai Ying Pun, and most recently, Hong Kong International Airport.
True to its roots, the coffee program at Fineprint is exceptional. The cafe roasts its own beans in-house, ensuring a fresh and high-quality brew. Customer favorites include the Piccolo, Dirty, and a well-executed decaf latte . For non-coffee drinkers, the Masala Chai Soy Latte and fresh orange juice are also popular choices.
