Mizunara: The Library is a Japanese‑styled whisky and cocktail bar, established in 2014 and tucked away in a commercial building in the heart of Hong Kong Island. The name honours Mizunara oak – a wood notoriously difficult to shape into barrels, which after years of maturation yields unique aromas of incense, sandalwood, and coconut. The bar embraces this same spirit: delivering an exceptional, one‑of‑a‑kind experience despite the challenges of bringing Japanese culture to the world.
