Nana Chan
Plantation Tea Bar
Nana Chan is a Hong Kong-based tea specialist and former lawyer. Born in Taiwan and raised between Hong Kong and London, she gave up her legal career in 2012 to pursue her passion for tea. She opened teakha, a tea café that pioneered a new tea-drinking culture in Hong Kong, followed by Plantation Teas (sourcing rare, sustainable teas) and Plantation Tea Bar in Sai Ying Pun (tasting menus and tea cocktails).
