Restaurant Estro
Estro is Chef Antimo Maria Merone's first restaurant, launched in partnership with JIA Group in Hong Kong. A proud Naples native, Chef Merone is among the vanguard of chefs rewriting the rules of Italian cuisine. The name "Estro" means inspiration in Italian — the inspiration comes from his experience, background, and roots in Naples, where he spent half of his life. Every dish tells a story about an ingredient, a region, or a historical event without superfluous elements. The restaurant is dedicated to innovating traditional cuisine through modern cooking techniques, offering refined tasting menus that draw inspiration from the chef's homeland while showcasing his innate creativity and progressive style. Estro acknowledges its Neapolitan roots with a boundaryless vision and southern Italian flair.
