Chef Ringo Chan is the Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, where he has been since the hotel's pre-opening in 2005. He oversees a team of more than 30 members, creating desserts for The Lounge, ARGO, and all banquet events, as well as baking artisanal bread for Caprice. Previously, he worked at The Regent Hong Kong, Hotel InterContinental Hong Kong, and Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. A decorated competitor for the Hong Kong National Culinary Team, Chef Ringo has won numerous international awards including gold medals at the Singapore FHA Culinary Challenge and the Hong Kong HOFEX International Culinary Classic, as well as two silver medals at the Germany IKA Culinary Olympic. His passion lies in crafting wedding cakes, delicate work requiring maximum attention to detail, and he frequently mentors young talent across Four Seasons properties.
