Chef Vicky Cheng is the Executive Chef-Owner of WING Restaurant in Hong Kong, ranked #2 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026 and #11 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Toronto, he trained under Michelin-starred French chef Daniel Boulud before returning to Hong Kong, where he pioneered a unique "Chinese x French" philosophy at his first restaurant, VEA. In 2021, he opened WING, presenting "Boundaryless Chinese Cuisine" — rooted in tradition yet unbound by rules, with a mission of perfect balance and harmony. WING holds a Black Pearl One-Diamond Award, and Chef Vicky has been named Black Pearl Master Chef 2026 and Tatler Dining Chef of the Year 2024.
