Oliver Li
Chef Oliver Li is the Executive Chef of JEE, a contemporary Cantonese restaurant in Hong Kong, where he partners with Chef Siu Hin-Chi to elevate traditional Cantonese cuisine through French fine-dining techniques.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chef Oliver developed his passion for cooking over a 25-year career. He spent five years as Sous Chef at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong, six years as Chef de Cuisine at Whisk, and served as Chef de Cuisine at two-Michelin-starred L'Envol.
In 2023, he joined the opening team of Feuille, an innovative vegetable-forward concept helmed by Chef David Toutain, as Chef de Cuisine. He spent two months training in Paris before Feuille's launch, honing French techniques and sustainability principles. Within a year, Feuille earned its first Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star in 2024.
