Eric Räty

Chef Eric Räty is a rising Finnish fine-dining star known for refined simplicity, purity, and innovation — perfectly matching Arbor's nature-rich concept. His journey began in 2005 at Perho Culinary School while working nights at two-MICHELIN-starred Chez Dominique. He later served as Pastry Chef at three-MICHELIN-starred Aqua in Germany. After returning to Chez Dominique as Head Chef, he moved to Asia in 2014, training under Chef Gray Kunz in Hong Kong. At Arbor, he earned two MICHELIN stars — his first in 2018 and second in 2019.
