Mosu Hong Kong

Chef Bruno is the Head Chef of Mosu Hong Kong, the first branch of the three-Michelin-starred flagship Mosu Seoul.

His passion for cooking was ignited in high school, inspired by his father's culinary prowess. He gained experience in international kitchens across Singapore, Melbourne, and Sydney, immersing himself in diverse culinary traditions. After returning to Korea, he encountered his mentor, Chef Sung, and became Sous Chef at Mosu Seoul, where the restaurant earned two Michelin stars during his tenure.

Now leading Mosu Hong Kong, Chef Bruno combines his profound knowledge of diverse culinary traditions with an innovative spirit, crafting an extraordinary dining experience. He takes deep satisfaction in adapting his expertise to different ingredients and techniques.
