The Central spot is known for its nostalgic old-Hong Kong atmosphere and strong, meticulously brewed coffee. The menu focuses on single-origin beans, with a popular “Combo” (espresso paired with a milk coffee) and highly rated hand drip and cold brew options, including a unique Cold Brew Gin & Tonic. The Causeway Bay location opens earlier and serves pastries and light food.
