Blue Bottle Coffee, the iconic third-wave coffee roaster founded in Oakland, California, has established a dedicated following in Hong Kong. Known for its meticulous approach to sourcing, roasting, and brewing, Blue Bottle brings its signature minimalist aesthetic and commitment to freshness to several locations across the city, including Central, Causeway Bay, and Tsim Sha Tsui.
A cornerstone of the Blue Bottle philosophy is a refusal to serve coffee that is more than 48 hours (or 72 hours for some beans) out of the roaster. This dedication to peak freshness, combined with direct-trade relationships with farmers and a focus on single-origin beans, ensures a consistently bright, clean, and flavourful cup.
