Yong Fu
Chef Liu Zhen is the Executive Chef of Yong Fu Hong Kong, the first overseas outpost of Shanghai's original Michelin-starred Ningbo cuisine brand. Trained at the Chinese Culinary Institute and formerly Executive Chef of a five-star hotel, Chef Liu has devoted over 20 years to researching Ningbo cuisine alongside founder Mr Weng Yongjun. In 2019, he brought his deep understanding of ingredients to Hong Kong, blending local produce with Ningbo traditions. Yong Fu Hong Kong has been awarded one Michelin star every year from 2021 to 2025, a Black Pearl One Diamond Award, and a place on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants extended list.
