刘震大厨是永福香港的行政总厨,永福香港是上海米其林星级宁波菜品牌的第一个海外前哨。 刘大厨曾受训于中国烹饪学院,曾任五星级酒店行政总厨,与创始人翁永军一起,致力于宁波美食的研究。 2019年,他将对配料的深刻理解带到了香港,将本地农产品与宁波传统融合在一起。 从2021年到2025年,永富香港每年都被授予一颗米其林星、一颗黑珍珠钻石奖,以及亚洲50家最佳餐厅的名单。
