Man Ho Chinese Restaurant

Chef Jayson Tang is the Executive Chinese Chef of Man Ho Chinese Restaurant at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong. Under his leadership, the restaurant has earned a Michelin star for six consecutive years (2021–2026) and a Black Pearl One Diamond Award (2026) . Chef Tang was named Chef of the Year at the BAZAAR Taste Elite Awards 2026. Born and raised in Hong Kong, he began cooking in his parents' dai pai dong before training at the Chinese Culinary Institute. He previously worked at Michelin‑starred Tin Lung Heen, Nanhai No.1, and Lei Garden Restaurant. His menu honours traditional Cantonese cooking with contemporary and local influences, using fresh local and sustainable ingredients.

Ju Xing Home is where I often head to for gathering with my fellow chef friends. I am particularly impressed by their 'Braised Lobsters with Pan-Fried Vermicelli'. The lobsters are perfectly cooked and the vermicelli is crispy, making it a delightful dish to enjoy
At JEE, their dishes thoughtfully reinterpret traditional Chinese flavours using intricate classic French techniques. The 'Quail Leg with Chinese Sausage and Kung Pao' is my favourite dish with enticing and complex flavours
