Adam Catterall
Chef Adam Catterall is the Head Chef at Roganic Hong Kong and Aulis Hong Kong, part of Simon Rogan's award-winning kitchen brigade. With over 15 years of experience in world-renowned restaurants, he brings a high level of creativity to all aspects of his work — enhanced by a certified degree in design he earned before becoming a chef.
His keen eye and love for art and design have shaped his career, which includes stints at Vue de Monde in Melbourne, Aubaine in London, and The Lowry Hotel Restaurant & Bar in Manchester. He has also worked for industry-leading organisations such as Etihad Airways, where he designed and led first-class in-flight menus.
Chef Adam joined Roganic Hong Kong as a sous chef in 2019 and was recently promoted to Head Chef, continuing to contribute to the group's commitment to innovation and exceptional dining experiences.
