Peter Find

Heimat by Peter Find

Chef Peter Find began his culinary career in 1984, spending over a decade working in numerous Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe. He moved to Hong Kong in 1995 to become Executive Chef at Pierrot at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, before moving on to The Repulse Bay, The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore as Executive Sous Chef (later promoted to Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain), and other roles.

In 2007, he joined Wynn Macau and Encore as Director of Culinary Operations. In 2010, he was appointed Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, overseeing six restaurants and a team of 100 chefs. Peter is an award-winning chef, previously named Global Chef of the Year by The Ritz-Carlton Group and Chef of the Year by The Hotelier Awards China.

Today, he leads Heimat by Peter Find, a Michelin-recommended restaurant in Central's KwF Tower, where he serves his personal selection of regional German dishes — from Berlin to Bavaria — each reinterpreted in a way unique to him.
