Chef Robin Zavou is the culinary leader at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, overseeing the hotel's culinary direction including ten highly individualistic and renowned restaurants and bars — one of which holds a Michelin star — as well as the hotel's catering programme.

Before arriving in Asia, Robin worked at several prestigious establishments in the UK: two‑Michelin‑starred L'Ortolan in Berkshire, the legendary Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire, and Michelin‑starred New Angel in Dartmouth. He joined Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong in 2012, and his creative nature and leadership style have since shaped the hotel's culinary team. His passion and expertise encompass all aspects of the dining experience that has charmed guests of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong for generations.
