The Diplomat is a contemporary European restaurant and bar led by Chef Mario Peacke. Еhe establishment draws on his extensive knowledge and deep passion for German cuisine to create a distinctive and refined dining experience.

Chef Mario offers two tasting menus, each named after a common term in photography — a nod to his beloved pastime outside the kitchen. The "Focus" menu is a six-course journey, while the "Exposure" menu is an eight-course exploration. Both menus are rooted in German culinary traditions, presented with a contemporary European touch.

Complementing the food is a wine list focused on a unique curation of German and Austrian labels, offering guests a chance to discover exceptional pairings that go beyond the typical French or Italian-centric lists found in many fine dining establishments.
