Restaurant Yong Fu
Founded in Shanghai in 2011, the brand's mission has always been to promote the authentic flavors and premium ingredients of Ningbo while presenting exquisite Jiangnan cuisine (the region south of the Yangtze River). In the fall of 2019, Yong Fu began a new chapter, opening its Hong Kong branch to bring this culinary heritage to an even broader stage.
The kitchen at Yong Fu Hong Kong is led by Executive Chef Liu Zhen and menu is deeply connected to the rhythms of nature. The restaurant frequently introduces seasonal and limited-time offerings that highlight the best of what each season has to offer. Beyond these seasonal creations, Yong Fu is also known for its classics, such as pan-fried or boiled glutinous rice dumplings (tangyuan) , which are sometimes dusted with pine pollen for a delicate, aromatic twist.
