Chef Manav Tuli is the chef-owner of Leela (Hong Kong & Macau) and The Bombay Club in Dubai. With over 18 years of experience, he previously served as Chef de Cuisine of CHAAT at Rosewood Hong Kong, where he led the restaurant to earn one Michelin star. He also worked at Tamarind in London, the UK's first Michelin-starred Indian restaurant. LEELA, named after the Hindu concept of divine play, has been named Best Indian Restaurant in Hong Kong 2025 and is Michelin-recommended.

At Tim Ho Wan the BBQ pork bun is the best. It's a staple and it's consistent — one of my favourite places for everyday dumplings and hot char siu buns

The best char siu in town. Ask for the extra fatty cut. Their guitar goose is also good

If restaurants were actors, Roganic would be Daniel Day-Lewis — highly acclaimed, a multiple Academy Award winner, and far from mainstream celebrity culture. I love this restaurant for what they do with such ease.

Chef Cary is an awesome guy with a huge heart, and his character can be seen in every dish that comes out

Chef Liu might come across as an introvert — but only until he meets someone with immense passion for food, especially seafood. Then you can see him share his unquenchable thirst for knowledge, seasonality, and his love for food

Chef Adam is a true sifu in Hong Kong, the only chef who genuinely cares about brotherhood in the kitchen and treats it as a real bond. His knowledge and dedication to his craft are unparalleled. If you get close to him, you might be lucky enough to learn a few recipes — which defies the legend that Chinese chefs never share their secrets

Chef Abel is a low-key guy, not looking for fame — just here to share his homegrown Peruvian recipes with a true heart
