Jonathan Soukdeo

Chef Jonathan Soukdeo is the Executive Pastry Chef at Rosewood Hong Kong, overseeing Butterfly Patisserie and The Butterfly Room. A French native, he began his pastry career in 2008 and has worked with legendary chefs at Hôtel de Crillon and The Peninsula Paris. His accolades include winning the Cabosse d'Or Junior Competition and, in 2025, being named Best Pastry Chef at the Tatler Best of Hong Kong & Macau Awards, while The Butterfly Room earned La Liste World's Best Afternoon Tea.
