Cary Docherty

Le chef Cary Docherty a quitté sa petite ville natale de Richmond, au Canada, il y a plus de 20 ans pour fréquenter une école culinaire à New York. Il a ensuite déménagé à Londres, où il a travaillé pour des géants culinaires britanniques dont Gordon Ramsay (restaurant trois étoiles Michelin Gordon Ramsay), Clare Smyth (maintenant chef-patron du Core trois étoiles Michelin) et Jason Atherton, qui lui a confié la direction du très réussi Little Social.

Docherty a déménagé à Hong Kong en 2018, attirant l'attention pour sa cuisine à l'ancien Gough's on Gough. Il a rejoint Island Shangri - La en tant que Sous-Chef exécutif en 2020, puis a été nommé Chef exécutif de Salisterra à la Chambre haute, avant de retourner à Island Shangri-La pour diriger Lobster Bar and Grill à travers son prochain chapitre.
