Chef Saito Chau是Chinesology的烹饪总监,为香港最具创新性的现代中式厨房之一带来近30年的经验。 他曾领导过包括约翰安东尼、点心图书馆和胡同在内的着名餐厅。

齐藤大厨15岁就开始了他的烹饪之旅,20岁就成为了总厨。 他感谢祖母激励他毕生致力于中国菜. 2016年,他毕业于香港中华烹饪学院的大师班,并参与业界讲座及顾问工作。

他的创新方法最近荣获着名的"黑珍珠一钻奖",肯定了他在塑造中国美食未来方面的领导地位。
